Meet our new Kindergarten Teacher!
Praise God! We have recently hired a wonderful kindergarten teacher and her name is Amy Bodin. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Taylor University. She taught first grade at the Heritage Christian Academy in Northfield, Illinois for nine years. Amy returned to the classroom this year as a kindergarten teacher with the Clark County School District.
Amy has been married to Jon Bodin for nearly 20 years. Jon is a pastor in a local area church. They have three children: Kaitlyn, a freshman in high school; and sons Connor, in 7th grade and Jaron, in 3rd grade. They have lived in Nevada for 7 years.
We feel so blessed that Amy will be joining our school family this fall. She has the combination of education, experience and strong faith for which we were hoping and praying.
